From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Products of Excellence reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Colours as shown on our photographs are displayed differently on every monitor and computer system. As such, colours displayed should be considered a guide rather than an accurate representation of the actual finish.
Shipping & Handling
A flat fee for shipping and handling applies to all orders within Australia ($12.95 for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, NT and $16.95 for WA). We are only able to ship to addresses within Australia.
Products of Excellence offers 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for full refund or replacement, provided the item is unused. The choice is yours. Goods can only be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please call first for return authorisation. This helps us track your parcel and avoids any undue delay.
In the event that we are out of stock of the item ordered we will not part ship your order until we have notified you by phone.
